My reception at White Willow was the best decision I made while getting married. The professional staff and consultants were so helpful and kind. The food was so delicious and the presentation was perfect. I am not an easy person to please but they went out of their way to make sure every thing went smoothly and was done to my taste. I will recommend White Willow to every one I talk to. Thank you becky for making my event great and memorable.

Loved the VIP Catering! We met for a tasting and I loved every single thing there! The guys are very nice, organized and professional. The food was ready to go on time. Kept the tables clean. The food tasted amazing, everything was warm even at the end of the reception. Super affordable and very delicious. They catered my wedding, my parents anniversary, and sister's sweet sixteen... All three times, it was the best experience ever!

As a bride, I was absolutely blown away by everything at Sleepy Ridge! The grounds are unbelievably beautiful, as the facility overlooks the golf course and mountains. I also loved that the facility is so easily accessible (only 5 minutes from the freeway), which was great for my guests. The building and rooms are elegant, and they offered a few different options based on party size/budget/etc. Nannette was so great to work with and did a great job with all of the flowers and decor. They made everything very bride-friendly by providing packages with catering, flowers, tables and linens, sparklers, even recommended photographers. I highly recommend this place!

I was very disappointed. I requested mini burgers w/ cheddar and a ranch dip and received under cooked ones with thousand island on them. On top of that our reception was an open house 7-10 and he packed up and left at 830. I was later told this was because someone 'said something mean' to him. How unprofessional. After being paid 3G's I feel as though he could have stayed 3 hours.
He was informed in advance that there would be other people working on desserts (we only hired them for finger food type hors d'oeuvres) and he demanded more kitchen space (the kitchen was tiny!) and later he shoved all of the other equipment out of the way.

Very Unprofessional. 0 Stars.

Rockwell catering was horrible. He was told weeks in advance that he would be sharing space at the wedding reception. When he got there, he demanded all of of the kitchen. He then took the liberty to go to the venue staff and get extra tables, which he then pushed up against the counter blocking the other items from use for the other party. He was smug, arrogant, talked down to the family, belittling the mother of the bride telling her he bet she wished she'd paid for his catering services so she could enjoy the wedding and it didn't matter what the bride and groom wanted, it was the choice of who paid the bill. He was all around unprofessional. At one time he was inquiring about the two families getting along.

He didn't bring what he was asked. The pork was dry and the hamburger was raw in the middle. After strutting around for a couple of hours, he ended up leaving an hour and half early. I was extremely glad that we hadn't hired him.

After reading Rockwell's response to the first review, it doesn't surprise me to see them putting blame on the customer rather than taking responsibility. As the bride stated, most people are polite and it's not worth the effort to tell someone what they don't want to hear. And why would you ask people to call your company so you can explain your side of the story of their event because they gave you a bad review? There is little gain in writing a bad review if you were pleased with the company. Again, very unprofessional and a little disqusting.

My husband and I were married in October of 2012 and we selected Rockwell Catering for our wedding dinner. We were and are still very happy with our choice and we had a wonderful evening! Mr. Ethan Ingram came to my mother's house to do a tasting for us about 6 weeks before the event, and the food was delicious! He was helpful in making suggestions for our dinner schedule and we were very grateful. All of our friends and family commented on how good the food was after the dinner, and we were very happy to come home with leftovers. Not to mention, the cake was DIVINE! Best cake we ever had. Dinner was served a bit late, but we had a late start ourselves so that actually worked out to our advantage. The only downside was they ran out of the Italian Soda bar fairly early into the night, but it was a big hit while it was up and running and definitely a fun addition to the menu. Ethan was flexible with us on pricing for our neices and nephews and he was fun and easy-going the whole way through. Thanks, Ethan, and Rockwell Catering, for helping us finish off our perfect day with a delightful dinner with our family and friends!

DO NOT HAVE YOUR WEDDING OR RECEPTION AT CACTUS & TROPICALS IN DRAPER! Save your money and go anywhere but here. Honestly. Colleen and her staff are some of the rudest, arrogant and uncooperative people in the business I've come across. I have been a professional wedding emcee for several years now and I've never experienced such poor responsiveness, unaccountability and such terrible customer service. Bring a back-up mic in case their wireless microphone doesn't work due to their unstable satellite/antenna (which they are not responsible for, according to Colleen, because they "can't control the weather") or just make sure your wedding official can shout super loudly. Have more guests show up than you accounted for? Have them stand because they won't accommodate extra tables or chairs for you. (Actually they will, you just have to pay for it.) Oh, and bring an umbrella to avoid getting dripped on from their super leaky ceiling that falls on your clothing and on your food. We literally had puddles of dirty ceiling water on our tables. And did they do anything about it? Wipe them down, offer an apology, anything? Nope. They completely ignored us! When I addressed these concerns with Colleen, she curtly responded with a fake smile, "That's not my problem. You pay for what you get."
